It is called “Baron and Pirates. Sailing and music for legality “, the new itinerant event organized by the Gv3 association (full sail towards life) and by the AccordiAbili association. The initiative is part of the A swollen sails for legality project, funded by the Puglia Region.

It is a series of events that will stop in various Apulian marinas along the Adriatic coast. It starts today 17 July from the tourist port of Villanova (Ostuni), to stop in Mola di Bari, Polignano a mare and Monopoli, and will end on 7 August at 21 at the tourist port of Savelletri (Fasano) with the concert “Abilband and friends of AccordiAbili “.

The AccordiAbili association has been operating in the social sector for years and with its activities makes music accessible to all, demonstrating that everyone can play and express their emotions.

The program of events includes sailing, sea excursions, sup competitions, concerts and many other initiatives for adults and children. The aim is to spread messages of legality through activities related to the sea and sailing.

For 9 years Gv3 has been working concretely on the territory to spread the culture of solidarity sailing by practicing social inclusion. The sea that has no barriers and welcomes everyone.

The association will be present with Baron, the 15-meter sailboat confiscated from crime and assigned to GV3. The boat from being a tool used for illegal immigration has become a garrison of legality, a means made available to the community. Numerous associations from Brindisi and Bari will participate in the initiatives. Some events will be organized by the PH8 association of the Oncology of Bari, and by Fisw surfing.

The initiative received the patronage of the Puglia Region, the Municipality of Ostuni, the Municipality of Fasano, the Municipality of Mola di Bari and the Municipality of Monopoli.
